Common questions about ZewstID pricing
A Monthly Active User is a unique user who authenticates at least once during a calendar month. If the same user signs in multiple times in a month, they only count as 1 MAU. Different users across different apps count separately.
You'll be charged a small per-user fee for MAUs beyond your plan limit. Free tier: $0.01/MAU, Pro tier: $0.008/MAU. You'll receive alerts before hitting your limit, and we'll never charge you without warning.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll keep Pro features until then.
Yes! Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount. Contact [email protected] to switch to annual billing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH transfers for annual plans, and wire transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
